. The Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing (MOLN) hosts a Nursing Public Policy Internship that takes a deep dive into the legislative process with the goal to strengthen the voice of our nurse leaders.

This year’s Nursing Public Policy Internship will take place via Zoom over 3 days.

October 20-22
Noon to 2:00 p.m.

We encourage you to extend this opportunity to students that are interested in learning more about how to change public policy, how to analyze a policy issue and how to work with their state legislator. MOLN’s internship is a great opportunity to learn how to influence policy through grass roots action.

This three-day event provides a virtual experience with very inspirational and well renowned speakers sharing knowledge on how you can be influential in public policy and make an impact in your communities. All of this is presented in a safe and supportive environment with other nurses and healthcare providers who have similar interests.

View conference flyer to pass along to others. Discounted registration is offered to students currently enrolled in a nursing or healthcare program. The cost is $40 for students, $60 for current MOLN members and $75 for non-MOLN members. Registration is available at www.moln.org/event/2020Intern.

MN Board of Nursing credits are available to those who attend the event in full.

For questions, contact me directly or at office@moln.org.
