Nurse Practitioner - Behavioral Health

Job Details:
• Provide behavioral health services to adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Work independently and collaboratively with a team of 8 physicians, 3 APPs, PhD, LICSW and RNs • Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention in patient care • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm • Must have training in behavioral health and passion for scope of practice • Maintain high level of customer service skills to establish positive relationships • Required Education: Master's degree in nursing • Required Licensure: Current RN licensure in MN, Nurse Practitioner licensure in MN, Mental Health Certification • Required Certifications: Current CPR certification, National certification in applicable area • Must complete Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice • May be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
