-Outpatient practice in a family practice/occupational health clinic -Open to nurse practitioners and physician assistants with at least one year of practice experience -4-day workweek (32 hours), Monday-Thursday 8a-4:30p -No evenings or weekends and no call requirements -Duties of the position: provide clinical care of patients including, assessment, diagnosis/treatment of illness, ordering and interpreting medical diagnostics, chronic disease management and wellness care, prescribing of medications and treatments, educate patients and families on self-care -Average patient volume: 8-12 per day -Required qualifications: completion of an accredited program, board certification as a NP or PA, an active license in Minnesota/Minnesota Prescriptive Authority and DEA/BLS certification -Salary and compensation structure: $60-$85 per hour, depending on experience -Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO, CME dollars, CME hours, etc. -Located in Mankato, MN
